People are always thinking of great and wonderful ways to get in shape without having to do much work. This is why the sauna belt was developed. This apparatus is a belt strapped around the midsection and when turned on will produce heat that will cause you to sweat profusely, making you lose weight and at the same time improve your health, sounds too good to be true right? Can it really make you lose weight without you having to do anything but put on the belt?

Unbeknownst to most people, there are actually sauna belt side effects that they should be aware of, here are a few of them.

1. It will increase your body heat – This is the purpose of the belt anyway, to increase your body temperature in order to make you sweat a whole lot more. The problem is that your body would not be able to release all of that heat efficiently enough through sweating and you might even end up getting heat stroke. This is most probable if you’re in a warm climate or wearing thick clothes to make you even hotter.

2. Rashes and Acne – Because the belt will cause you to be soaked in sweat for a long time, and does not allow air to circulate around the sweaty area of your body, it will tend to cause rashes, pimples, and other skin conditions to appear.

3. Dehydration – Of course when you sweat a lot you will need to replace the water that was removed from your body. This will also cause an electrolyte imbalance that will cause you to get disoriented. To avoid this you should drink a lot of water, or better yet drink an electrolyte renewing sports drink every time you use the belt.

4. Burns – If you use the belt for an extended period of time, you are bound to get some minor burns around your midsection. This is what happens if you have a relatively hot object coming in direct contact with your skin. Even if the belt’s temperature is not really scalding hot, constant exposure to the heat of the sauna belt will still cause you to get burned. It is recommended that you not use a sauna belt for more than 45 minutes.

It is true that you will tend to lose a bit of weight by using a sauna belt, but this will just be a short term solution to your weight loss problem. Because you have not developed any muscle mass by only using the belt and not exercising you are not only sweating-off the fats in your body but you’re also dehydrating the muscles, making them smaller in the process.

The sauna belt side effects are just the results of irresponsible use of the equipment. If you know how to use the belt properly and also do exercises and not rely solely on the belt for all of your weight loss needs, then it would be a great tool indeed.

If you want flat abs, then the sit up bench is a product you must have on your fitness wish list. Sit up benches have many benefits for those seeking a smooth, tight, abdominal muscles. Not only do they strengthen your lower back, abs, and hips, but they will also help you in your overall ability to lift things and even move about with more ease. Sit ups are usually performed to strengthen and tone your hip and abdominal muscles. You can do them, with a bit of effort at first, by laying on the floor, crossing your arms across your chest, or by putting your arms behind the back of your head and lifting up, but these can be painful and difficult for many people, especially on your back.

Sit up benches help you focus on your mid-section. While using them you are naturally able to do more sit ups than you would be able to should you simply lay on the floor and do your sit ups or crunches. Unlike sit up floor exercises, an adjustable sit up bench supports your lower back as well as your upper back, and makes the lifting of your torso much more comfortable than floor exercises. There are many all-in-one abdominal training stations you can choose from and almost any routine using them consistently will burn fat, help you lose weight, and tone your mid-section. When trying to achieve the ideal six-pack stomach, there are a few sit up bench exercises in particular you can choose from that work well to firm and tone your mid-section. There are flat bench sit up exercises, inclined sit up exercise, and decline sit up exercises. It is best to do various ones so that your body gets an overall workout and all the muscles are toned evenly, but there are some you may prefer to start with.

By starting out using your adjustable sit up bench, you will probably be able to do more sit ups at first using it as an inclined sit up bench. These are typically easier to begin with because your torso is already in a partially up position. When you’ve tried those and are ready to move on to a greater challenge, change the position of the sit up bench to a flat bench position. Using it in this manner will work your entire abdominal section with more effort necessary. It will burn more calories and work the top region of your abs a bit more as well.

It is very important that you use the sit up bench in the right way. Be sure to focus on using your stomach muscles to pull yourself up and don’t quickly release yourself back down once you’ve come to the crunched position. If you do, you can seriously hurt yourself and damage your back muscles. Using your sit up bench appropriately can bring about great results and if you are really desiring to see the best results possible, remember to include a cardio activity in your training program at least 2 to 3 times per week.

Geese are intelligent birds and are hard to fool, so if you set out to hunt for them during the season you better start thinking about ways to attract them. A good call is not enough because they won’t see the source and get suspicious about the situation. If you want to be successful at shooting them you need to buy and use the best snow goose decoys you can find.

Snow geese usually have white feathers with grey or black patterns, which make the paint job a bit easier. Commercially available decoys are often lackluster in quality and finish, so you might want to either pick your ‘weapon’ very carefully, or make them on your own. After all when you are looking for some goose decoys for sale, you are going to get what you pay for. The simplest yet a surprisingly effective goose decoy can be made out of Tyvek. It’s a registered trademark for a synthetic product made by DuPont. It’s non woven and is hard to tear thus makes the right flag material.

When you look around online for snow goose windsocks, you’ll notice that some include the head while some come without any. It’s because there are two understandings of goose behavior; one school says that they’re really drafty and tell the windsock from a real mate from a mile away. The other group of people holds that it’s a numbers game and you only need to make them come close enough so that you can shoot them, which is about 40 yards with steel pellets.

For people who believe that the former statement is true there are plastic gooses available both through the Internet and in hunting supplies stores. These are usually cheap, but not cheap enough to buy 50 of them at a time. About $70 per dozen you’d have to put together a healthy sum to buy the amount needed. Windsocks cost about $300 for the hundred, which makes a good bunch. The savvy hunter doesn’t go either way and combine the two by using a few plastic geese with a good number of windsocks in between.

Since the windsocks are just a piece of synthetic cloth, they can be easily transported on foot. Plastic is a bit heavier, but it’s still light enough for one person to carry two dozens to the destination. Two people can set up a complete spread and it won’t take a whole lot of money if you mix and match them, either. Hop online, and see how the prices look like for the amount you need, and place an order. In case you don’t really like computers you can still check them online first, and buy them in the local store later.

An ATV can be a source of fun and adventure for almost anyone that has the will to take one out into the wilderness. While a stock Polaris RZR Accessories or any other ATV may come with pretty much everything you would need to fully enjoy an outing off road, they may not come with absolutely everything that is really needed to let loose. Besides, to know that you are getting everything you need out of that ATV, some tweaking is needed. That could involve getting down and dirty with the engine to squeeze out a few more horsepower, customizing the frame for extra functionality or just making it look cooler. All of these can be added to any Polaris RZR with the assortment of accessories that are available.

The most obvious place to look to add some accessories is the engine. The 2010 Polaris RZR 4 seater is naturally a fairly powerful vehicle and can get up to 55 miles per hour without help. That may just be a starting point for some though as the need for speed can awfully tempting. That is where things like the DMC Polaris RZR S High Performance Twin Exhaust System will be needed. An exhaust system like this can give up to twenty percent more horsepower. If that’s not enough to get the blood pumping, there’s MXC Polaris RZR Turbo that will give that ATV a boost like no other.

Now adding a mass amount of pure power and speed may not be what everybody wants. That perfectly understandable and there are more accessories then just performance boosters. There are accessories that make the ATV experience a much safer one for those that may not be really comfortable off road. There are simple additions like doors, windshields, cabs, and tops for those that want a bit more enclosed feeling while driving their ATV. There are also sway bars to increase handling and stability to make it all the easier to stay in control while on rough terrain. Then add on stronger roll cages or just roll cage strengtheners to make sure a tragedy does not happen if an accident does happen.
There are enough Polaris RZR accessories out there to cover pretty much any need that may arise while owning an ATV. Using these accessories will make sure that ATV has your flavor on it. Whether you are making it safe for a beginner to use or ramping up the power on it to try to break a speed record, these accessories have what you need to do what you want.

Knife collecting is something I am very passionate about, and I started collecting knives when I was just a young teenager. If our looking to become a knife collector you need to know a few things first off.

The first thing I would like to talk about is what do you want your collection to look like? I know for me when I first started I really did not care much of the make or brand; I just enjoyed getting new knives. When I decided to get serious about my collection I began to do a little research on the key points of buying a knife. One area I focused on what the material that went into making the knife. ATS-32 steel is something I defiantly look for now when I am making a purchase. You want to know the quality of the steel for longevity, and also how it will hold up to multiple sharpening. With today’s technology and how advance new materials are, you defiantly can get a quality product that will stand up to the test of time.

The other thing you truly need to think about is what type of knife you like. There are so many types out there like, butterfly knives, bowie knives, throwing knives, hunting knives, and the list goes on and on. I have all makes and types at this point in my collection, but over the past few years I have really focused all my time and resources in buying up a lot of different types of butterfly knives, and have truly enjoyed learning the history behind the Bailsong also known as the butterfly knife. Collecting knives is and will always be a thrill for me, and my hope is one day to get my son into the same thing as well but I have my work cut out at this point in time.

UTV enthusiasts everywhere want and some even need to make sure their vehicle is customized to their own comfort level. This is where such things like the Yamaha Rhino Power Steering system can come into play. This system is one of the best ways to fine tune your UTV to a level where you can truly enjoy because it will be customized to your own preference level.

The Yamaha Rhino Power Steering system is what many of the major automotive manufacturers are using to replace the stock hydraulic steering systems on many of their UTV’s and it is available for everybody to use on their own personal vehicle. This system is one of the best ways to significantly lower the difficulty in manual steering effort. The implications in this is obvious for those who love to customize their vehicles because only when a rider fully feels comfortable simply steering and moving around in their vehicle can someone let loose and have some fun outdoors.
The system reduces steering difficulty a few different ways. It will absorb all steering wheel kick back and will no longer knock the steering wheel out of the driver’s hands while heading into hard impacts. This leads to a much smoother ride no matter the terrain you want to go cruising in. This is also a safety feature in and of itself also. The system will give the driver an ultimate sense of control. When the steering wheel can remain in the drivers hand at all times, it can only result in better control when with a stock steering system might leave the driver in a situation that they will need to make a quick movement but can’t because they just took a big jolt that forced the wheel out of their hands.

The Yamaha Rhino Power Steering system comes with everything needed to install relatively easily and in a speedy manner. Basic hand tools are all that is normally needed in order to simply bolt the unit onto the existing equipment. After it is connected to your 12-vold power source its then ready to go out and really feel like you are in control of your UTV. The ease and speed of the installing of this system is just one of the better aspects of the Yamaha Rhino Power Steering system because of the impact it can have on your experience while offroading.

What should you be considering if you’re about to buy your first dirt bike? there are a number of factors you should think about including your skill level, how you propose to use it and, of course, how much you can afford. Will you be using the dirt bike for fun or serious racing? If just for fun will you be using it on a only on a specially made track or on a rough trail? Are you experienced and can cope with a powerful bike or are you a beginner who would be better of with a lower horse power bike until you gain more experience?

Most manufacturers offer dirt bikes in two categories, trail riding and racing although some only make them for one purpose so you’ll need to find out which manufacturers make the type of bike you need. One good way to find out which manufacturers are most popular is to attend a local dirt bike race and chat to the owners. They’ll be able to tell you which bikes they find most reliable and which they prefer to ride.

It is important to consider your experience when choosing a dirt bike. if you’re buying one for your child it is extremely important not to buy one that is too big or too powerful for them. Look for bikes labeled mini dirt bikes for ones suitable for kids. Buying a bike that you do not have the experience to handle is dangerous, not only to yourself but to other riders. It may be tempting to go for the highest horse power you can afford but you but you won’t look very cool if you keep falling off! Buy one that you can handle safely and progress to a more powerful bike when you have more experience.

Should you buy anew or a used dirt bike? For those who are new to dirt biking it might make sense to buy a used bike for your first one. If you find you really don’t enjoy the sport or for some other reason don’t use the bike as much as you had hoped you can sell it again without too losing too much money. A new bike, on the other hand, will lose value as soon as you purchase it and you could end up losing more than you can afford. A new bike however will come with a warranty so you will be covered for any mechanical repairs or other problems with the bike.

Dirt biking is great fun and you can find some good bargains in cheap dirt bikes. Take care to buy a bike suitable for your skill level and have fun!

There are plenty of situations where one would want to take along food and snacks on a trip. Baseball games, camping trips, picnics at the park and tailgating are all great events in which plenty of ice cold beverages and delicious snacks can save the day. Unless you have one of those portable refrigerators, keeping goods cold often relies upon portable coolers. Many coolers out there are so small that you can’t store enough food for more than two people, much less a couple drinks. The coolers that are big can get so heavy and cumbersome that it becomes a chose to bring it along. The singular solution to this problem is called the Coleman 62 Quart Cooler with Wheels. This cooler system packs all the features you need to make any trip an enjoyable one.

There is no doubt that the Coleman 62 Quart is a large cooler. Inside is an ample 62 quarts of space where you can put anything and everything you need to keep cold. Basically, there is enough room inside to store goods from a trip to the grocery store. To put this into scope, this cooler can hold 85 beverage cans including ice. You may be wondering how a person (or two) is supposed to move the cooler around once full. The answer is simple- all terrain wheels and an easy-grip swivel handle. When ready for transport, users grab the swivel handle and pull the Coleman cooler along. Users never need to perform back-breaking lifting to move the cooler around. The all-terrain wheels easily cruise over grass, rocks, sidewalks and more.
This impressive Coleman cooler uses ice to keep its contents chilled for up to five days. It does this by using insulating walls to keep heat from entering. A latch secures the lid to keep the chill locked in. Coleman also offers a high quality stainless steel cooler which they have crafted for over 50 years.

Another authoritative company in the cooler industry is Igloo. They stand by their products and even offer Igloo cooler parts from their website.

From small-time custom welders to the mass-producing giants, there are hordes of different gun safe manufacturers, all of whom would just love for you to purchase one of their products. After all, gun safes are rather pricey investments with plenty of room for margin, and even more space for shoddy craftsmanship. It’s important that you know what to look for when purchasing a new unit, not only to protect the value of your bank account, but the value of your material possessions (firearms included) as well.

First of all, the next time you find yourself at a sporting goods store, a Sam’s club, or an online shop looking for a safe, make sure that the product you’re looking at is indeed a safe. Gun cabinets and gun safes are two totally different things. A lot of people don’t realize this, and simply think they’re getting a good deal on the product marked ‘cabinet’. The level of quality and protection between the two classification of firearms storage are night and day. A well-made safe is built to protect against fires, floods, and bad guys. Cabinets are made to keep out children, and unmotivated crooks at best.

You’ll want to be sure that your safe meets the standards of UL (Underwriters Laboratories) RSC (Residential Security Container) at the minimum. Units with the RSC rating on them have been thoroughly tested and proven to have held up against five minutes of a professional safe cracker’s attempt to get into the safe using a pry bar, hammer, and a high speed drill. Anything less, and you’re better off going with a cabinet.

You’ll also want to make sure that your safe has at least some level of fire resistance, as chances are, you’ll encounter a fire in your home before a break in attempt on the safe (comforting thought, I know). Evaluating fire protection can be a bit tricky, as there doesn’t exist a universal measurement of quality. Look for safes tested by third party companies like UL and ETL to find markings you can depend on. There are of course, several gun safe manufacturers who lack the fire rating endorsement from either of the two aforementioned companies, and still make quality products.

Check to make sure the safe has a fire seal around the perimeter of the door (a material called Palusol, for instance). Also inspect the weld of the unit. A continuous weld, opposed to a stitch weld, generally reflects a sound constitution. Lastly, consider the thickness of the steel. Many safes are initially destroyed by the fire itself, but the weight of the building falling through and crushing the top of it. A model with a minimum of 750 lbs and 7 gauge steel is ideal for both fire protection and security.

There are plenty of safe manufacturers on the market producing quality products. Take your time, do your homework, and you’ll find one to suit your security needs. For more information on the subject, be sure to head over to GunSafeHaven.com for some good reading.
